In 4th grade, I took home first place in a statewide art competition for Photoshopping my sister's face on our pet mastiff. The piece was titled "My Favorite Things."
Following high school, I moved to Italy to spend hours in the darkroom studying analog processes at Firenze Arti Visive. 2012 kicked off a 4 year Karl the Fog & coffee shop obsession in San Francisco working toward a BFA in photography & cinema history at the Academy of Art University. Chasing a dream job, I moved to Portland, Oregon. It didn't work out, so two years later, filled with rain and a portfolio of over 200 restaurant clientele, I sought out happiness back in the Bay.

When I was younger, my sister and I created a band called the "Hippy Chics." Since we really never took off due to our lack of talent and limited exposure outside of the basement playroom, I have created the next best thing: a handful of playlists for every mood & occasion.
